SMS terms: Become Fluent text messaging program
You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Become Fluent Language Services LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at rossjtorres@gmail.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Program description. Become Fluent sends text messages to students who have opted in. Messages relate to your classes: class reminders, schedule changes, and notifications that new homework is ready. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number on the Become Fluent signup form and ticking the box that agrees to receive text messages from Become Fluent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of enrolling or buying any service. You can take classes without opting in.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your class schedule and homework, typically a few messages per week.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Become Fluent does not charge for texts.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and then no more. You can also email us to be removed.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected], for assistance.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are delivered through Zoom Phone and mobile carriers and are not guaranteed to arrive.
Privacy. We do not share, sell or rent your phone number or opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation. See our Privacy policy.

Using our classes and app
You agree to use Become Fluent for your own learning, to give us accurate information, and not to copy, resell or share lesson materials or your account. We may update or remove content and may suspend an account that misuses the service. Class pricing, scheduling and cancellation arrangements are agreed with you directly when you enrol. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Limits
We teach to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee a particular level of fluency or exam result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the class or service in question.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
